Primordial Sound Meditation

Rossana is certified to teach this ancient silent practice through the Deepak Chopra Institute. Although it is called Primordial Sound Meditation, it is done silently with eyes closed. The first class, Intro to Meditation, is free online. Classes can be taken online or as private instruction or class setting.

After the first class, students will have a meditation they can use daily. Students can also request to receive their own Personal Mantra from the Vedic tradition.

Primordial Sound Meditation is about taking the mind from its normal 'activity' (thoughts, ideas and emotions) into silence, the realm of infinite possibilities. Just like deep sleep is rest for the body, Meditation is deep rest for the mind.

Primordial Sound Meditation

Primordial Sound Meditation, or PSM is a silent meditation, healing practice that allows one to experience inner calm and deep relaxation. The practice is rooted in ancient Vedic Teachings of India and similar to Transcendental Meditation (T.M.).
